What does AUTOGLAZEIT actually do?



AUTOGLAZEIT replicates what you do on paper, without the paper and at much greater speed.
Any call taker with minimal experience can take a customer call, identify the vehicle, price a job up, check availability of technicians, agree a fitting date and time with the customer, confirm details to the customer by fax, email or SMS text, issue the job to the technician, place a purchase order with the glass supplier and create the invoice for electronic transfer to SAGE or other financial system…..all in less than 10 minutes.
Training is easy and a new user can usually be productive in a matter of a few hours.
AUTOGLAZEIT has a choice of job entry methods, including ‘wizards’ to speed up the common tasks even more.
Job cards can be printed onto plain paper, saving £000’s in pre-printing costs, or they can be emailed direct to body shops and repair centres to await your technician.

Use a PDA
You can even add a PDA phone to the system and dispense with paper altogether, whilst maintaining full control of the job, pricing and your workforce.
~NEW~ The HUB is now released and is available without subscription until 2012. The HUB allows users to send and receive jobs between companies without the need to re-key all the data. Commercial organisations can also access the top class group of AUTOGLAZEIT users by subscribing to a HUB account.
